Norvilt AS is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. Contact us at post@norvilt.com for any privacy-related questions.

When you submit the contact form or request a consultation we record your name, email, phone number and trip-planning details. We also store IP address and timestamp to prevent abuse and document consent.

We process your data based on your active consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)) and to perform the trip-planning agreement we enter into with you (Art. 6(1)(b)).

If you consented, we may send email and — where you gave a separate consent — SMS to follow up on your inquiry. You may withdraw your consent at any time by replying to an email from us or contacting post@norvilt.com.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, port your data and to lodge a complaint with the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet). Requests are answered within 30 days.

Inquiries are kept for up to 24 months after the last activity. Booking data is kept for up to 5 years for accounting purposes.
